Lydia warren

Lydia’s passion for alternative medicine started at a young age when her mother successfully treated cancer with alternative modalities.  A lifelong interest in herbal therapy led her to discover the synergistic effects of combining acupuncture and herbs, and she completed her Master's degree of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (MAcOM) from AOMA Graduate School of Integrative Medicine in Austin, TX in 2012. In addition to her schooling at AOMA, she completed a six-month program with the prestigious HARI Society of Japanese meridian therapy.  This gentle approach to treatment is great for needle sensitive or pediatric patients, as it employs many non-insertive techniques for balancing the body's innate healing systems.

In 2016, Lydia completed her advanced clinical training in Nutrition Response Testing, a form of applied kinesiology that uncovers stressors on the nervous system and applies nutritional therapy to remedy less than optimum health.  This modality is amazing for kids and adults alike as it is completely non-invasive.  She has also completed Emily Morrow’s master blood chemistry course and Laura Perry’s Revealing Healing muscle testing certification, in addition to numerous continuing education credits and trainings with Cellcore Biosciences and other supplement companies.

Her own experience with Lyme disease + coinfections and mold illness has led her to continually seek answers and understanding of the best route to healing, so that she can pass that info along to others. Some of her favorite things include enjoying delicious meals with family, the perfect fall day, farmer’s markets, and her ever-supportive husband, Timothy, and their beautiful children Otto, Clara, and Millie.
